There is far too much to say but to start, I was looking forward to seeing The Dark Knight for months and thankfully I was not let down. The Dark Knight was the best movie I have ever seen and I am no easy critic. Christian Bale played the best Batman possible and Heath Ledger's performance as the Joker exceeded my expectations. I allowed the Joker to take me with his performance and I didn't regret it. Heath Ledger/The Joker was hysterical yet didn't cease to terrify me. I have never had the pleasure of being so manipulated by an actor on screen. Michael Caine did an outstanding job as Harvey Dent and his alter ego Two-Face couldn't have been more convincing. The Dark Knight is sure to make you think and provide you with one if not the most enjoyable film to hit theaters thus far.
