the only drawback to my experience was that my imax is new and was just built in a recenltly cleared area surrounded by woods and they aren't quite prepared to combat the bugs that are drawn to projector. imax picture was brilliant and sharp. so sharp in fact that i could pick out how many and what kind of insect was on screen. annoying.
if your theater or imax does not have this problem, or even if it does, you must see this. pg-13 is an accurate rating, but if you're taking your kids, remember its very dark and devious.
on with the praises: best movie this year by far. darker and more devious than the first one. plot is about on par with mission impossible only easier to follow, impecible directing. heath ledger (r.i.p.) was an amazing joker, even if you're a die hard nicholson fan. this movie alltogether actually exceeded all expectations i had for it.
i think they may have painted themselves into a corner on this one because i don't see how they could possible make a third anywhere near as good. this movie is a rare accomplishment
