Surprisingly action packed and funny!

I grew up watching Star Trek with my dad and came to love Captain James T. Kirk and his crew. Although Im no avid Trekie--I was excited to see this movie. However I was skeptical of how good the story line may be with a young cast and the fact its based on them actually being young. WOW is all I can say. From the beginning to end--the story unfolded from one funny exciting scene to the next. The only part I thought was weird was the plug for Nokia.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

A Likeable Movie

This movie is not at all that you expect, not from the perspective from the news media of constant "jack ups" by Bush. It does, however, give you an understanding of who he is and what Bush battles with internally with unresolved conflicts in his relationship with his father #and famiy# as well as how others of his cabinet members "used" him for their own polital agendas. My political views aside, this movie was okay. It was not a ball park home run, and the ending was very lacking. The movie seems more suited as a made for TV movie special rather than Big Screen.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
