Excellent Work

As difficult as it must be to compress a richly written novel into a two-plus hour movie, Mr. Adamson has done a superb job. I still recommend reading the books prior to seeing the film, however. The acting is excellent, the effects believable for the most part, and the music is very effective. I will add this to my collection when available on DVD.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
