Wow, the extra 8 min. complete the movie. Wondering why they EVER took them out to begin with.
The 'return' to Pandora (this is my 6th trip) was amazing. The story runs more fluidly with the extra footage; it might be a few seconds here and there but the additional dialog sets the story. The addtional hunting scene is awesome.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this movie. I'd see it over and over if they ran it in 3D IMAX theatres forever

I'm way past being a child but a child at heart always - this is a great movie for everyone. Engaging for the children and enough subtle adult humor to make me laugh too!

A little disappointing -

I'm spoiled after AVATAR - it's a hard act to follow but the images didn't grab you, they were blurry in places and they didn't come off of the screen into your lap (and I was in the 2nd row IMAX). I was underwhelmed, LOVE LOVE LOVE Johnny Depp, and excellent supporting cast, but the movie itself.... was just OK.
