Cute and Funny

and sweet and very enjoyable. There's good chemistry between the cast, making for an easy flow between scenes. Betty White is HILARIOUS and "Ramon" almost steals the movie. Ryan Reynolds and Sandra Bullock are both very good at delivering quips and asides so pay attention or you'll miss some good one liners.
Very little that is inappropriate - the nudity is brief and shows only derrieres, suggestive comments are few and far between and not overtly suggestive and I can't really recall any cursing. I don't know that kids would be interested - aside of the adorable puppy! - but you could easily watch it with them in the room and not cringe.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
