Skip the movie. Read the book.

Seriously. I'm a chick and can't even recommend this movie as a chick flick. Yes, the travel scenery was beautiful. Buy an issue of National Geographic with the book and you'll still have a more moving and entertaining experience than the movie.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
