I'd say this is one of the best Marvel movies thus far. Villans better than Spiderman movies' villans, Not as good as Ironman, same level as the X-mens, maybe a little bit better.
The con - could have used more clever hulk action. I thought the "supermoves" (like the earthquake pounding) were a little cheezy, but not terribly.
Pro - good story and entertaining mostly throughout.
