This movie was all I hoped for--I really enjoy Edward Norton's work, and he did not disappoint. Tim Roth has a great part--his portrayal of need when he wanted the rest of the dose was hilarious. The action isn't overdone, and the special effects are awesome. I really like how they're tying the Marvel Comics movies together--that is such a fun element. If you're after a fun way to spend an afternoon with great entertainment, you like the stories this is based on, and you have a good imagination, this film is for you.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
