One of the thing that I've always felt that Pixar was superior at is making inanimate objects come to life and they've done it again with Wall-E. The big bonus for me was the opening "cartoon" of the magician and bunny. I laughed through the wole thing ...... I'd vote for more short cartoons!!

Measured against the "Gold Standard" (Disney), the movie was solid entertainment for the whole family but does not have as thoroughly developed a story line as those products normally issued by The Mouse. Overall.....worth seeing in the theater but not worth buying the DVD when released.
