Surprising Differences from the Book

I really really liked this movie. I really LOVED the book. It kicks DaVinci Code off the map....Book and film... What stopped me from loving Angels and Demons are some of the really big changes from the book. The assassin is completely different...(probably to remain PC)...No Max Kohler...no creepy, heartthrobbing interaction between Langdon and assassin (2 huge scenes from the book that would have translated very well on screen were omitted)
You would be better reading the book after the movie to experience some of the omissions in the movie. But having said that, the movie is still worth going to see, if for nothing than trying to distinguish what pieces are real and what is created and weaved into reality by Dan Brown...
Yes, I recommend this movie.
