Kung Fu - Kid Friendly

I'm a mom of a 5 year old who has never seen Shreck (yes, place gasps of shock and amazement here).
I'm not a fan of "potty humor", and would actually like my daughter to not belch on cue. Kung Fu Panda was for the most part harmless in these aspects. Only one "I'm gonna pe*" and one other mild potty reference. No blood, no gore, the violence was more slap-stick than realistic, and the only scary part I felt was the ticket and concession prices.
