I was not used to seeing Queen Latifah starring in a romantic comedy where she is the lead but I loved it! It was very cute and worth seeing. I have always loved Queen Latifah and she didn't disappoint.
I brought my five year old daughter and her friend and they were bored. Disney usually makes movies geared to children and adults and I, too, found this movie to be disappointing. The story line was uninteresting and too mature for a 5 year old to understand. I thought this movie would be funny based on the previews but I can certainly say it was a bomb.
This was a very cute and funny movie. As always, Sandra Bullock never disappoints and you definitely get a good laughter from her. Her co star Ryan Reynolds isn't too bad to look at either.
I took my 5 year old and she loved it! The glasses were too big for her but we managed. I thought the story line was just ok, but it is worth seeing if you see the 3D version. The 3D was amazing and cool!
If you like Tyler Perry's movies then you will like this movie as well. I didn't find it as funny as his other movies but it is still funny nonetheless. Not really appropriate for young children as there seems to be a good bit of cursing from Madea. It will definitely make you laugh and Tyler Perry always has a good message in the end.
I really enjoyed this movie because it had alot of action. It kept me on the edge of my seat, which I enjoy. Movies like this always seem to have a predictable ending and that is ok with me. It's the action and story line that make the movie. Liam Neeson was great too!
My daughter is 4 and we both really liked this movie. I cried like a sap in the end. It is not the best children's movie I have seen but definitely worth seeing.
My 4 year old really enjoyed this movie and the story was good. I thought is took a little while for the movie to pull together with the different events, but overall it was a decent movie. I thought it might have been a little difficult for my 4 year old to understand where the story was going, but she didn't seem to mind. The ending focused on the importance of forgiveness and I liked that because it is a valuable lesson that my child and myself need to be reminded of.
