Unlike the first movie, this was was more like the book then I can express. There were rumors that Mr. Lautner would be let go after Twilight. Keeping Taylor Lautner was the best thing they could have done. Not having Bella (Kristen Stewart) narrate everything was great. They let the movie play just like the book in order. There were some things like the receptionist at the Volturi was described to be bIack in the book and was white in the movie. And, thank god they didn't draw out Bella's depression stage like the book. But other then that, I was very pleased. I would go see it again and looking forward to the next movie.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

First off, I am 34 and my 16 yr old daughter got me interested in reading the series when I took her to the book release of "Breaking Dawn", the last book. If you have not read the book yet,then yes go see the movie. Then maybe you won't find yourself considerations on the details that were in the book that wasn't in the movie.I found myself doing just that. I think if I read the series after the movie then I could have liked it more then I did. But it was a nice translation of the book. I look forward to the second one, which we all know will and must happen!
