Realistic done well

I was prepared to see another Bourne type movie where a larger than life almost supernaturally skilled Hero tears through his opponents (the trailers reinforced this). At first when I realized the main character was a real guy I felt anxious about the movie being good. After just a short time I realized that what it lacks it definitely makes up for (& more) with more realistic action & drama. It was well done & left me thinking. I would like to know if this more or less is factual.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
