This was the best of all of the Toy Stories series. The story was moving, funny and exciting. The audience applauded at the end. Stick around for the closing credits - there is more. So much more that it resulted in another round of applause from the audience. I heartedly recommend this to everyone.
This was a fitting conclusion to the Shrek series and certainly better than Shrek the 3rd. The plot was well thought-out and the characterizations were brilliant. This is entertaining for all ages. It is reminiscent of "It's a Wonderful Life" in showing how we seldom appreciate what we have until we lose it. A great message.
Our family really enjoyed this movie. I felt that is was a perfect sequel, picking up where thefirst movie left off. It was thrilling but also had a great plot. I thoroughly recommend it.
This movie was so mind-blowing that I went back again and took my extended family. This was an experience unlike any I have ever had. The realism of the movie was breath-taking. James Cameron has really out-done himself. Comparing his "Titanic" to this is not even in the same universe.
This was an amazing story. What was even better was to realize it is a true story! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. Sandra Bullock and all the other actors did such a wonderful job! This movie is a must-see.
It was an exciting movie. Something is happening nearly every minute. I enjoyed it well enough but, as in most movies of this genre, there is not much plot or character development. As far as the "science" part of it is concerned, it's pretty far-fetched and plays to the sympathies of the apocalypse-crowd. Nevertheless, it was fun to watch.
When my wife and I saw this in IMAX 3D we couldn't help but notice that the previews we had previously seen on TV and in theaters did not do it justice. The 3D animation was so life-like it was breath-taking. It was an excellent adaptation of the original book. It certainly is not for little children. Nevertheless, we highly recommend this movie. It is destined to be a holiday classic.
This is not a movie for little children. That does not mean that there is anything inappropriate - it is just that this movie will have a deeper meaning for those who have experienced life and had to deal with disappointments. It is a wonderfully uplifting movie (pun intended). My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it and she even shed some tears.
The critics were not kind to this movie but after I saw it all I could wonder was "What movie were THEY watching?" I thought this movie was every bit as good as The Da Vinci Code. There were lots of plot twists and surprises, especially at the end. I loved it.
