I have to admit, I had high hopes for this movie, but I was left disappointed. My daughter loved it, but I found myself picking it apart through the whole movie. Little things were changed that really shouldn't have been, so I didn't feel it was so cohesive overall. The character of Jasper looked like he was constipated most of the time, which really made me laugh at inappropriate times, and some of the actors didn't fit the characters. I'm hoping with the money that was made on this movie, the next one will be better done. It is not on my top 100 movie list of all times, but it was enjoyable enough.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
