Incredibly moving and beautifully made

I took my son and a group of his friends to This Is It for my son's birthday. I'm forty, and the boys are around 12; we all loved it. I was amazed to see that the MJ I remembered from my youth had retained and refined his agility, fluidity, and voice. He seemed so in control and absolutely in touch with every detail of the amazing spectacle his concerts surely would have been. I'm so sad that he never got to perform this for us, and have the comeback/appreciation in life that he now has in death. But I'm grateful to have had this glimpse into the last days of this great artist. It's a wonderful tribute, and a huge reminder of our loss.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
