Not as good as the first...

Although I am an avid SATC devotee, this movie was not near as good as the first one. Some of the characters were more like a caricature of themselves. Samantha was too over the top, Charlotte was too wimpy/straight-laced. Carrie was, well, Carrie, and Miranda was her usual strong, take-charge woman. The men, however, were outstanding! Big was as always to-die-for. Aiden looked fabulous, and the new man, the Dane, was OMG hot! It was certainly worth seeing, but the first SATC was far superior.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

Couldn't be better!

My 84 year old mother, 36 year old daughter, and I, 59 years old, saw the movie together. We've all been fans of the series, and the movie did NOT disappoint. I laughed, I cried, I cheered! I've already recommended it to everyone I know! It's a classic.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
