Loved the movie and especially after seeing it in an IMAX theatre. A little slow to begin but that didn't take long to get it going full speed. Curious how Thor was able to come back to earth after the ending of his movie??Especially love the seen where they are all sitting around a table at a diner not saying a word and stuffing their faces....
Pros well paced, great story, great actors
Yes, I recommend this movie.

As has been said, one of the best movies of the year (so far). I found myself cheering for the apes, chimpanzees' and applauding Andy Serkis's role. Amazing. In the end, I found myself asking the question of with the testing of various drugs, new therapies and cures on animals, what would happen if we accidently altered the genetic make-up of the animals beinig tested? What would happen if we suddenly found ourselves in a similar predicament as the concept of this movie? How would we respond? So back to my original statement - awesome movie, excellent special effects and use of CGI
Yes, I recommend this movie.

What I liked about this movie was the lack of star power. Not to insult Aaron Eckhart or Michelle Rodriguez but I liked how the stars of this movie were not well known. It reminded me a lot of movies like Full Metal Jacket and Hamburger Hill in that every person carried their character very strongly. Those movies had many unknown actors who eventually came into their own. They worked well off each other so there was synergy created, not people memorizing the script. Very well designed, great special affects and a solid story line in my opinion.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
