shows the raw life of entertainment

Although never a huge Jeff Bridges fan, I still wanted to see this movie especially after finding out he actually SANG and PLAYED in the movie. It showed the brute reality that can come with post famous entertainment. It didn't tug on too many heart strings, but it did give value to how important it is to keep the faith and put one foot in front of the other, soberly! Music was great and actually quite fun!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
