I did enjoy the new Indiana Jones film. I liked the references to the old films and the familiar use of shadows that were in the olds films. I did not like the holes in the story and how it ended. If I wanted Close Encounters or X-files, I would watch those movies. I didn't really want Indy and sci-fi to mix. It de-legitimizes the power of the ark and the holy grail.
The trilogy was great but this one doesn't match the other three. almost ruined. I give it three stars just because I wanted to like it more.
