I was worried when I saw the movie was 2 1/2 hours long. But both my 9yo son and I stayed enthralled the whole time.

Captivated a 9yo boy

Our nine year old son was so into the movie he didn't want to get up and go to the bathroom. Finally he had to and ran out and back in as fast as he could - causing a few snickers in the theater.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
