One Only For The True Believers

I hate to say it, but the film is disappointing. While it presents more intelligence than the Temple of Doom, it lacks the dignity of Raiders of the Lost Ark and The Last Crusade. The plot is trite and simple, action sequences are implausible, and supposedly dramatic moments are laughable. An interesting premise surrounding the Crystal Skull is never explored and ideas are reduced to the lowest common denominator. The resulting script is mediocre at best, utterly ridiculous at worst.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
