A Bit of a Disappointment

I potentially had too high of expectations for this film, which would explain my disappointment. It was sadly very predictable. There were no shocking revelations or surprises. You knew who the bad guys were from the very beginning and what would happen to them. There was no sense of betrayal when a character showed what side they really were on. While it was good to see that time had marched on and things weren't so easy and the country had changed, it didn't make up for the fact that there was something missing from the film. I'd still recommend seeing it but it was a disappointment. It seemed to rely too much on the past films and the franchises popularity making it a water downed version of what it could have been.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
