The Star Trek we've been waiting for

I have been a fan of Star Trek for nearly 20 years now, seen all of the movies, and watched the shows. I had high hopes for this movie, and it delivered. It was true to the mythology, but at the same time very deliberately chose it's own path. It was kinetic, fun, funny, and genuinely emotional. I enjoyed every moment of it.
It was everything that has made Trek great for four decades, and every bit as relevant for the zeitgeist that it beamed itself into.

Wicked Action Comedy about Pot

This highly quotable movie made me laugh until I cried at parts. It's totally ridiculous, but in a fun watchable kind of way.
