It was a funny movie, but I thought it would have more laugh out loud moments. The funniest parts were already reviewed in previews. This movie is a satire, and I don't think that a lot of people will recognize the underlying messages portrayed. I worried that this movie would be offensive to the LGBT community, but it really wasn't, which was a relief.
I am a huge fan of Christian Bale. I think he is a very underrated actor, and I watch everything he is in because I admire him so much. This movie was good, but it didn't really have a plot. I felt bad for Bryce Dallas Howard because she was just a presence. The film tried to pay homages to the original Terminators, and I appreciate the effort, but it could have been done better. It bugged me how famous lines were requoted and the "surprise Schwarzenegger cameo" was dumb. Sarah Connor's messages for John were useless. It is a good movie but I think that the Terminator movies belong to James Cameron.
