This is a film that starts out with a major bang, hitting on all marks, fun, exciting, wonderful true to the story, only to suddenly at 75% through die a horrible death like one of our beloved characters. I felt cheated at the end, by what can only be explained as a sudden rush to finish the film, with no regard to the story or fans. They cut out Snape and Lilly's story, as well as the important Dobbie story. I was left feeling like my favorite book was wonderful on point, only to lose it all near the end.
This movie brought back the fun, excitment, and wonder I felt during the 1st Indiana movie. I remember seeing the 1st movie with my father in the theater when i was younger. It has been a very long time, nearly 10 years now since the last movie. This movie brings back all the excitement and wonder of being a kid at the movies. It was fun and a wild ride the entire time. Harrison Ford played an artful Indiana Jones just as I remembered him although he is older in this movie it does not detract from the feeling. As older fans will experience this older feel younger fans will learn the fun that comes from Indiana Jones. It is like watching him be reborn again with the addition of the new younger Indiana being groomed for future movies. Nothing was out of place, and everything felt distinctive Indiana. I can not wait to see where the movie series goes in the future.
