To keep it short, "Avatar" is absolutely worth seeing, especially in 3D IMAX.
If for some reason you're not moved by the well told (if not totally original) story, you will at least be blown away by some of the most exciting war sequences to hit the big screen.
The movie really should get a 4.5/5 since the story is a bit derivative, but it's incredibly well told and MT.com doesnt have 4.5, so I have no qualms about rounding up.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

This film delivers on every promise: characters you genuinely feel for, non stop creeps and scares, and all the disgusting gross outs that made us fall in love with "Evil Dead."
Yes, I recommend this movie.
