The movie (in whole) was good. The action wasnt over the top and the suspense was done really well. The story progression to the climax was semi slow but I have always felt that for a Dan Brown movie you need at least 3hrs to get the little things that make the books so engrossing so thats ok. The movie reaches into the book and plays it safe for most of it. That makes me sad considering that this type of book/movie is supposed to make you feel a little uncomfortable with pressure looming and not knowing when and why things are happening. All in all i would say this is a good movie if you read the book and possibly a great movie if you never read it.

Let me just start out with saying this: I have read Xmen since i was but a wee lad. I know the story of Wolverine. I know when they found out about Sabertooths relationship with him (ahem.. not his brother) and I remember giggling like a little school girl when we found out that wolverine had claws before he had admantium added in his body.. Now.. in saying all that. I liked this movie. It had all the ups and downs you would think from a comic book with a bunch of CGI thrown in to keep you attentive to the screen. I watched this with my special lady and after it was done we both had smiles on our face and lets face it.. in todays world isnt that the whole point of going to a brainmush fest like this?
