I would recommend this movie because I love movies exploring telekinetic powers. The basic storyline is teenagers stumble across what appears to be a meteor and obtain telekinetic powers that grow over time. The tortured lead character Andrew eventually spirals out of control with the use of his power. Ending sets up the movie for a sequel. Definitely recommend to go see this movie!
Yes, I recommend this movie.

I thought this was a very good action/romance movie....moves at a very good pace...good villians, likable hero....but the dog has to go....I think they were trying to appeal to kids? Would have rated it a five star..but the dog bugged me.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Good Action Flick

"The Rock" has discarded those silly kid flicks and is back in his genre. The thing that is missing in this revenge, action flick is the Rock needs a lady for romance and there needs to be some comic relief. With any great action movie there should be a lady tugging at the heart of the protagonist and some comic relief. There was one line by the Rock that offered some great laughs in the theater when he told a hit man that was about to kill him "you have issues". We need more of that comic relief and the Rock has good timing in delivering those lines. He could be the next Arnie (Swartznegger) if they offer him a little more lines like that. The movie at times was just too grim...needed more comic relief. Overall, thumbs up...actually the pretty boy hit man could have been completely left out of the movie...he offered nothing to the main story line.
