Good Adaption

Overall I really enjoyed the film there was some beautiful art direction -Some of the filming wasn't great. Romantic scenes became borderline cheesy with the combination of filming and music. Some the speed action was done more in the "crouching tiger.." style and I am not sure it worked in this film. The overall movie was great and some scenes incredible like the baseball game. I enjoyed it much more seeing it the second time and knowing what to expect. Acting was great lots of chemistry.
I think those who haven't read the book would still enjoy the movie. My husband who didn't like the book really enjoyed the movie because he was "spared listening to her thoughts about how beautiful Edward was." So guys would like it too.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
