If you are a true fan of the Twilight book series then you will know what to expect of the movie. So to another Twilight fan I would say yes it is a good movie. Just going for the Edward factor, then no you will be disappointed. This is the movie that explains how the relationship between Jacob and Bella came about, so it is centered around them and Jacob's world. It has very little of the "Cullens" in it.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
