I think the movie was excellent in its delivery, process, and the execution of the story line, to me, was very, very believable. The movie was about the "First Avenger." The movie was, "in step," with the technology of the time. It was a very believable transition/leap with what was currently scientifically possible; mixed and stretched with a little Nordic mythology on the one hand, and a little American ingenuity/know how on the other. The underlying theme of the movie (which was excellently portrayed) was no matter what the technology, or magical accouterments what makes a man, society, or nation great is the character of that man, society, or nation. Its what made America great. This movie reminds us of who we were, and where we need to get back to, and what we need to make our priority. In my opinion this is a great movie.
So many times sequels disappoint you, especially when the original movie was a hit. This #4 in the series was just as great, exciting as the first. The trailers built you up and the movie delivered, just like the original. Man, is this the greatest series, or what? I can't wait for number 5.
