Best Bond!

With enough action and intrigue to keep the most hardcore Bond fan jazzed, this film also provides a mystery which will keep the audience talking and speculating about what is to come over the course of the next few Bond movies. Well acted by its cast of beautiful stars with special mention of Dame Judi Dench (whose role has been enlarged for this film) and Olga Kurylenko who is a marvelous addition to the cast and a character/actress I would like to see again later in the series. I don't want to give away too much so get to the theater as soon as possible. You'll know you've arrived when you see the bullet hole (wink).
Yes, I recommend this movie.

And what is wrong with that. I saw this with my older brother and his eight year old son, and we all loved it. Those who love Star Wars, will love this movie. It is clever and funny with all the action and cool battle scenes that have made Star Wars fun. Swallow your adult pride and enjoy the child like wonder of going to see an animated Star Wars film in the theater. The only people who won't enjoy this film are the overly critical types and the only criticism they will find is that it is animated instead of being a live action film which actually works in the films favor. I am going to see it at least twice more in the theater.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Everything You've Heard is True!!

During the course of the film you will find yourself eagerly waiting the next appearence of the Joker (Heath Ledger) who is finally played the way he was meant to be. Don't worry, while you wait to see the clown prince of crime you will be treated to a strong performance by Christian Bale and Gary Oldman who reprise their roles of Batman and Jim Gordon. I was also pleasantly surprised by Aaron Eckhardt who made me believe in Harvey Dent (the DA of Gotham City). I was also glad that Morgan Freeman and Sir Michael Caine reprised their roles from Batman Begins. There is so much in this film that it is definitely worth a second, third, and yes even a fourth view. I am currently on my third and and can't get enough. Please don't take your children but rather a friend who can handle some of the more disturbing elements of the film.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

If you are looking for a movie this summer that has a little something for everyone then look no further. Action, comedy, drama, romance, horror, and anything in between. Perlman shines in the title role but the real surprise is Doug Jones as Abe Sapien. Despite all of the prosethetics he still gives a great performance. Selma Blair comes out in force this time making her more believable as the tormented Liz Sherman. If I wasn't at work right now I could spend all day writing about it but I have to get back to work so I 'll just say this, go see this movie you won't be disappointed.

A Family movie that is safe for the family!

This well crafted yet simple tale encourages as well as inspires kids while having the humor and drama to keep parents invested. Present is a strong vocal performance from the cast led by Black and Hoffman which adds emotion to the beautiful visuals of the sharp animation. Absent is the crude innuendo often found in family films today which only adds to the appeal of 'Panda." The violence is very mild and not at all offensive. Definitely a must see with the family and then possibly a second viewing just for yourself, you deserve it.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

At last the Hulk movie fans have been waiting for. The cast gives a truly outstanding performance. With great dialogue and beautiful special effects, this film deserves a second and maybe even a third viewing. Thank you so much (to whoever decided to do this film) for deciding to give the jade giant another try, your efforts have restored my faith. Once again I am a "True Believer!"

They Still Got It!

Action, suspense, romance, and the desire for knowledge. These are all things that I come away from an Indians Jones film with. This time was no exception. Its all here, everything we have come to enjoy about Indiana Jones. While not my favorite entry in the series it is also not the worst. My one criticism is the character called Mac played by Ray Winstone who doesn't really help the movie along, he's just there. He could have been cut out of he film enitrely and all his lines coul have been delivered by another character or simply not delivered at alll. That aside the film was enjoyable and less violent and not too many scary parts in fact I am not sure why this film is rated PG-13. Oh well, welcome back old friend. You've been away far to long.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

A Far Cry From the Wardrobe

Welcome back to Narnia! This film was just as enjoyable as the first but sadly its full potential was not realised. I feel that this is due in part to the adding and subtracting of material from the literary masterpiece. Of course to those who have never read the books it will be a delight and will no doubt appear to be vastly superior to the first film. However to the literary critic the film will stall in places and become frustating. But that did not stop me from enjoying the it or planning to see it at least once more in the theater.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
