Very COLORful movie

The first hour was extremely confusing with flashbacks, flash-forwards and "blending" of past and present; once I got used to the graphic mix with real life it took awhile to figure out who was where, when and what. Also, that first hour or a little more was excruciating for my 6 1/2 yr old boy to sit through, way too much dialogue scenes for an Action movie.
But aside from this, the music, scenes and storyline were right on with the Speed Racer I grew up with.
I'd recommend young children and adults who require alot of action to wait for the DVD.
