I'm 21 years old and took my boyfriend to the movie and we were laughing our butts off. We went to see the midnight premiere and were OVERJOYED. It is a great movie to escape the everyday from. Andy's grown up and dealing with the transition into adulthood, and his toys are facing storage in the attic or worse, being thrown out.
This is a great film that deals with knowing who your family is and when the time is right to grow up and move on. It has the perfect blend of adventure and humor to keep the entire family entertained (and even pull a nostalgic tear out of the sentimental moviegoer's eye). Safe for kids, excellent for adults, an all-around great movie.
Side note: the short film at the beginning was an incredible blend of old and new cartoon styles that takes one back to the days of the silent cartoons.
