My husband took me with him to see Iron Man, and I was pleasantly
surprised. Downey is perfect for the role! It has great action, moral
conflict, even romance. Something for everyone.
I was surprised at first to find that a good deal of the movie was set
in wartime Afghanistan. They really did a good job of making a movie
about a current war that everyone will like. It's not touchy for people
from either side of the political spectrum. The bad guys are REALLY
bad, and the good guy is AWESOME.
Great movie! I hope they make a sequel.
