It was worth the hours' drive!!

My son asked me to take him to this movie when he saw the commercial a while back, and disappointedly found out that the theatre in our town was not running the film. I found a theatre online that was playing the movie...AN HOUR AWAY! Of course I would not leave my son disappointed, and took him. It was the best investment of time driving for that hour to see his face when he ran out of the theatre to tell me every minute detail of the movie! He's still talking about it today! He's called all of his friends that decided not to come and is describing the movied exactly!
Yes, I recommend this movie.

This was the first movie in a very long time that I heard everyone in fits of laughter! The children and adults were all enjoying the movie immensely. The beginning was a tad slow, and the prison scene scared the little ones behind us, but other than that it was a great great movie!!!
I recommend this movie to everyone! Even some of adult friends with no children are excited about going to see it.

This movie was great! There was action, comedy, a touch of romance, drama, AND science fiction thrown in! The colors were vivid and bright, which appeals to children. I took my 12 year old son to see the movie yesterday and he walked out of there talking non-stop about every part of the movie!!! He's been playing with his Hot Wheels cars pretending to be Speed! He's even started drawing the Mach 5 car shown in the movie! I can't say enough about a movie that's taken that hard-core video gamer away from the controller and back into his imagination where a 12 year old's mind should be!!!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
