Iron Man is the best superhero movie I have seen, because not only did they get the right actor for the superhero, the story was up to par with both hollywood and the comic book.
Robert Downey, Jr. excelled at being Tony Stark and gave life to the man. From watching the movie you could tell Downey's put his heart into the role.
The movie followed the comic book, and what fans would expect from a movie adaptation. There were a couple of things that varied from the comic story and the characterization of Tony Stark, but it was done to bring the movie up-to-date with present world events and technology.
Iron Man proves that Marvel and Hollywood can bring entertaining movies to us without ruining the superhero character or comic book story.
Iron man is definitely a movie I will see again in the theatres, and will want on DVD. It is a good action movie for all ages and is worth the ticket price.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
