Quantum of Disappointment!

Great action, but unrealistic. One scene James is all beaten-up, the very next, not a scratch on him. The story is over-complicated and super unrealistic. No gadgets and it just doesn't feel like a Bond Film. Avoid! Oh, by the way, I went to see it at the Franklin Mills Theater in Philadelphia, and they were the only theater not to show the new Star Trek Trailer! I feel ripped off!
No, I do not recommend this movie.

The movie was awesome. But who is the mayor to become? A cross-dressing villian or hero? He obvioulsy wore mascara and eye-liner and it was really weird. He was scarier than the Joker. Creepy!
Yes, I recommend this movie.

The Dark Knight is Awesome!

This is what Batman is all about. Dark, scary, not afraid to take the fall. This is what the Joker is all about: Mean, evil, and absolutely twisted and crazy. Great story, good music, wonderful acting and awesome special effects. This is a win-win. Who's better Nicholson or Ledger? They are equally talented. You can't compare the two Jokers. Nicholson's Joker was cartoonish, while Ledger's Joker is very adult, scary and cruel. It would be like comparing an apple to an orange. Now that they have it right, now they must hire Adam West to play the older out-of-retirement Batman in an R-Rated movie adaption of the adult graphic novel "The Dark Knight Returns". I'm serious. Very serious.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Pathology...Good for gorehounds...

This film was pretty good, but it was lacking a lot too. Some of the gore was really well-done, especially for a rated R film; however, some parts looked totally fake....Like the brain scene where he roughly handled it then threw it on the scale....A brain is very delicate and it looked like a cheap prop. They (the residents) were working at the Coroner's Office, however, the cornoner was never seen, nor any police. A resident would never do a homicide case without a coroner, forensic pathologist or medical examiner present. Some of the things they got away with were just silly and totally unrealistic. However, if you're a gorehound like me, you'll probably find it entertaining. If you like realistic horror or great story lines, you'll hate it. The acting wasn't very good either and it shows since they get just about every female to take off their clothes at one point or another....Guess looks overtake talent. Oh well. If it wasn't for the gore, this film would have had 0 stars! Wait for DVD....There will probably be a directors or unrated cut anyway.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
