I was pretty skeptical at first, given that it was a panda voiced by Jack Black. In a time of Asian Fever, there are a lot of spoofball Kung Fu movies that simply makes fun of the ancient culture and artform. But this movie not only shows the gracefulness of martial arts through its voracity, it also beautified the teachings and serenity behind a mystical art. Simply awesome. Be wise, take the kids.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
