Not bad . . .

I would have liked to see more actual story lines, for example, more background on the mermaids and the religious guy. What was he doing on the boat in the first place? And what was the deal with the zombies - were they even necessary to the plot? I think not. For sheer action/adventure, a good ride!
Yes, I recommend this movie.

It's hard to put into words, the way I felt after leaving the theater. Three quarters of the way through the movie, I found myself near tears, wishing Pandora and its people existed. Call me a dork, it's okay. Sure, it's formulaic, and I'm a sucker for happy endings. But I loved this movie, and I'm going to go see it again. I've already recommended it to all my friends on Facebook, and I highly recommend it to you, too!
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Quantum of Solace?

I still don't like the title of the movie, and I also disliked the theme song. Other than that, the movie was great - action packed from start to finish, with a depth of story that many Bond movies lack. I found the lack of a "Q" in the last two Bond movies curious, and the resulting lack of comedic interlude is notable. Daniel Craig is a great Bond, and I am a long-time fan of Judi Dench - she continues to be wonderful as "M." It will be a welcome addition to our collection once it is released on DVD.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
