My wife and I were apart on Valentine's Day, so to make up for it, I surprised her with dinner and this movie on Friday 2/19. Big mistake. The characters and dialogue are cliche, there's too much going on that's all just a little too coincidental, and the movie takes cheezy to a whole new level. I will admit, there are a couple of funny stand-alone quips and scenes, but as an entire motion picture, it borders on unwatchable. And, at an hour and 57 minutes, it also borders on torture. Even my wife, who likes every movie, couldn't wait for it to end. Bottom line...going to to this movie seems like a nice, romantic idea at the time, but save your money and go bowling instead...
No, I do not recommend this movie.
