I would give this movie about 7 out of 10. There were about 3 or 4 scenes that made me squirm in the presence of my 13-year old daughter (and I'm sure she was mortified as well), because there was pretty crass dialogue and situations, and they really didn't add anything to the movie. Just for comparison, "27 Dresses" was a much cleaner, sweeter movie.
