Astro Boy is BACK !

Having grown up with this iconic little hero myself I was delighted to introduce him to my grandchilden and gratified they found him every bit as exciting as I did. It is still the
same origin story with some modern twists, but the essence of brave boy robot with more compassion than most humans hasn't changed. The only negative was Cage as Dr. Tenma who does little to endear himself to the audience. Their reunion at the end of the movie feels forced and a little creepy. He could learn a thing or two from his creation. Astro Boy is rather simplistic, but entertaining and a great kid's movie...and everything a hero should be !
