Iron Man Rocks

Although I am not familiar with the Marvel comic, so I cannot speak to the fidelity of the movie to the comic, Iron Man, was a terrific movie. Robert Downey Jr. and Jeff Bridges did an excellent job portraying the depth of the characters. Robert Downey Jr. did a fantastic job of playing a millionnaire weapons tycoon who gets a conscious in a believable way. The special effects in the movie are awe-some with great explosions and fantastic fires. The "romance" line leaves a little to be desired in that the romantic tension between Downey and Paltrow is hit or miss from scene to scene. Well worth seeing on the BIG SCREEN! Oh, and don't forget to sit through the credits, there's a cool snippet at the end.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
