Plenty of beautify effects will keep you in awe. Many of the effects were similar to Star Wars with extra neon added. Catwalks above infinite drops, dogfights, & lasers. Of couse the vehiciles in Tron have the ability to materialize out of smaller hand held devices.
As far as the story itself, I think that they did a good job. People new to Tron should be able to get a general sense of what is going on. However I look forward to the DVD release to go over some of the lines and get a deeper understanding of everything that went on. The ending seemed designed for a sequel. It left some questions unanswered.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Best Superhero Movie Ever!

Tony Stark's personality, strengths and weaknesses are nailed by Robert Downey Jr. and the writers. It was an excellent action flick with great effects and humor.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
