I have been anticipating this movie for quite some time. If you haven't heard of Scott Pilgrim, now is the time to go watch the movie and get into it! It is based on the popular comic by Brian Lee O'malley that stars Scott Pilgrim as to 23 year old, Canadian, indie rocker slacker that has this odd charm about him. He then meets the girl of his dreams (literally), Ramona Flowers. But in order for him to be with her, he has to defeat her 7 evil Exes that control her love life. Its very good quirky fun! It follows very true to the comic up to a point where it goes on its own. Trying to fit 6 books into a 2 hour movie isn't easy. What you get is a great entertaining movie filled with video game and geek references. Don't be afraid of the movie if you haven't read the comic. It's still very good fun and will be enjoyable to most everyone.
