I must admit I wasn't so sure about Robert Downey, Jr. being Iron Man, but I was sooooo wrong! He did a great job. And I found him really sexy and believeable in this role. Gwyneth Paltrow is as beautiful as ever but is never "just " a pretty face - she plays her part well. Jeff Bridges did an excellent job as the guy you just love to hate. Special effects were wonderful, action scenes were spectacular! This is definately one I'm buying and adding to my DVD collection when it comes out.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
